Media: HGTV’s “Designers’ Challenge”

Barry Korn has appeared on HGTV’s “Designers’ Challenge” working on an Old World kitchen project. The story and drawings shown here were published in The Best of Designers’ Challenge.

He guest-hosted HGTV’s “Designing for the Sexes” which resulted in a charming, cottage-style kitchen for a young, professional family. A large skylight adds to the “greening” of this space! Natural materials such as slate backsplashes (accenting the green quartz counters) and resilient wood floors helped make this a “kid-friendly” room for the 7- and 9-year-old boys.
